This was taken during an early October (2005) attempt of Kiener's mountaineering route on Long's Peak. We ended up bailing because of bad route conditions and a late start. The diamond shaped face is the East face of Long's Peak, known as 'The Diamond'. It is steeped in climbing history and something that I simply must eventually climb.
